Gemma Prio-Reeves - Sports Massage Therapist
Gemma has been a Sports Massage Therapist since completing a BSc Sports Therapy Degree in Chichester University, graduating in 2006.
Gemma has a wealth of experience, practising in hospital, sports and private clinic settings, allowing Gemma to provide a holistic approach, tailoring treatment to the individual patient.
Gemma has further developed techniques over the years, including utilising dry needling (acupuncture) as indicated. Ensuring effective and efficient results in helping patients recover tired muscle and relieve stress and tension. alleviating pain and making you feel better than when you arrived.
Anita Marie - Soft Tissue and Holistic Therapist
Anita has been a Soft Tissue and Holistic Therapist since 2009, utilising an integrative approach to care. She is qualified in Advanced Massage, Myofascial Tissue Release, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder treatment, Reflexology, Acupressure, Rhythm-Mobility, Oncology-Specific Therapy and Scar Therapy. Anita is also trained in Positional Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, somatic movement and yoga — allowing her to blend hands-on work with movement strategies to get the best outcomes for each client.
Anita has built a wide evidence-based skill set and a calm, person-centred style. She specialises in headache and migraine management, muscular pain, joint mobility restrictions, jaw and neck dysfunction, fertility support, chronic pain conditions (including fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue), Long COVID, stress and anxiety, and post-surgical scarring and restriction. Treatments are tailored to your needs and often combine techniques for a full-body approach to recovery and resilience.
All new clients require an Initial Consultation, which includes a full assessment and your first treatment. Anita will discuss your history, agree treatment goals with you, and design a personalised plan that may include hands-on therapy, movement work and self-care guidance.
